Wilson’s List collects information that you provide directly to us, we collect information when you register or update the details of your account, List account, communicate with other users, provide reviews or other comments, purchase any services from Wilson’s List, request customer support or otherwise communicate with us. The types of information we may collect include your name, email address, account password, telephone number, postal address including, photographs, written descriptions of your posted goods, any purchases through Wilson's List, any reviews or comments you make using Wilson's List, all correspondence or communication with other users or with us conducted via Wilson's List, government-issued identification documents (such as a driver’s license), only the first 6 and last 4 digits of the card number will be stored and any other information you choose to provide.

Sharing of Information

We may share information about you:

• With vendors, consultants and other service providers who need access to such information to carry out work on our behalf (including, without limitation, with third-party service providers that may use the information we share to help us and other companies detect inaccurate personal information and prevent fraudulent transactions).

If you have made a purchase from our store we may contact you with essential service messages to keep you updated on the status of your order. We may also pass limited contact details to logistics partners in order to facilitate delivery.

Boutique holders will receive a newsletter, the content of which is in relation to your boutique. If you do not wish to continue to receive marketing from us and/or selected third parties you should opt-out by visiting My Marketplace > My Details in Wilson's List Marketplace website. You can access My Marketplace once you register and login. Or click on the Unsubscribe link in any email communications which we might send you.
