Refunds and Exchanges
* Please notify us within 14 days. (according to the posting date)
* Buyer will pay the return shipping cost regardless of any reason. No exception.
* Return items must have all the original packaging and the accessories, especially the labels.
* Return items should be packaged the same way it was sent if received damaged we cannot refund or exchange.
* Return postage should be paid by the buyers when we refund or resend.
* Unwanted product returns will be subject to a 15% restocking fee and merchandise must be in the unused condition only.
